Sean got his start in broadcasting as one of the original studio crew members of APTN from 2000 - 2005 and represented Strongfront TV for 10 years as Director of Photography, Sales Representative and Field Producer. He spent 24 years in Professional Sports Broadcasting (TSN, CBC Sports, Winnipeg Football Club, True North Sports and Entertainment) and is a graduate of Red River College's Aboriginal Broadcast Training Initiative as a proud Indigenous Graduate (1998).
Sean has extensive experience in the grassroots market and working within Indigenous communities in various capacities. He is passionate about peace and anti-poverty solutions, sustainable and affordable housing and is a defender of his people and the communities he represents. He supports First Nation Prosperity, Economic Development and Accountability, other Indigenous businesses, and is always open to partnerships in the spirit of collaboration.
In his travels, Sean has filmed all across turtle island in such places as: South & Northern BC, Alberta, Edmonton , Calgary, Regina, Southern Saskatchewan, Inuvik, NWT, Rankin Inlet, Nunavut, Yellowknife, NWT, Hay River, NWT, Churchill, Manitoba, Fort Severn, Ontario, Ottawa, Halifax, Moncton, New York, Milwaukee, North Dakota. Sean has travelled to the majority of Manitoba’s Indigenous Northern Communities and 100% of Grand Council Treaty 3 Territory in Northwestern Ontario. He has a dep personal connection to each and every community and territory visited.
